Own daily distributor and dealer coordination while improving quote-to-order visibility across internal dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming dealer inquiries and route qualified leads to regional sales owners.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and follow-up SLAs in the internal operations workflow.
- Collaborate with analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks and improve monthly closure rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales operations, inside sales, or channel coordination.
- Comfortable working with CRM-style tooling, spreadsheets, and sales reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi for stakeholder coordination.
