Own daily distributor and dealer coordination while improving quote-to-order visibility across internal dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming dealer inquiries and route qualified leads to regional sales owners.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and follow-up SLAs in the internal operations workflow.
  • Collaborate with analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks and improve monthly closure rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales operations, inside sales, or channel coordination.
  • Comfortable working with CRM-style tooling, spreadsheets, and sales reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi for stakeholder coordination.

Channel Growth

Dealer Network Success Manager

Pune, Maharashtra · Hybrid

Strengthen dealer relationships, onboard new channel partners, and improve partner response quality for customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Run onboarding and periodic enablement for new and existing dealers.
  • Track inquiry response quality and partner SLAs with weekly reporting.
  • Work with product and marketing teams on partner-facing collateral and launches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in channel management, partner success, or B2B account management.
  • Experience with multi-city dealer/distributor ecosystems is preferred.
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings and onboarding workshops.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in product marketing, brand marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Strong writing skills and comfort translating technical product details into simple messaging.
  • Basic analytics literacy with campaign dashboards and reporting.
